T-Series’ Krishan Kumar’s Daughter, Tishaa Kumar, Passes Away at 21
19.07.2024: In a tragic turn of events, Tishaa Kumar, the 21-year-old daughter of former actor and film producer Krishan Kumar, passed away on Thursday, July 18. Tishaa was undergoing treatment for cancer in Germany when she succumbed to her illness. She was the cousin of Bhushan Kumar, the head of T-Series, and the niece of the late Gulshan Kumar.
A source close to the Kumar family confirmed the devastating news, stating, “Tishaa was just 21. She was diagnosed with cancer, and the family decided to take her to Germany for treatment. She passed away there on Thursday. It is a very sad time for the family.”
T-Series released an official statement expressing their grief: “Tishaa Kumar, daughter of Krishan Kumar, passed away yesterday after a prolonged battle with an illness. This is a difficult time for the family, and we kindly request that the family’s privacy is respected.”
Tishaa was often seen accompanying her father to various T-Series events. Her last public appearance was at the success celebration of Ranbir Kapoor’s film, Animal.
