20.04.2024 : Ira Khan, the daughter of superstar Aamir Khan and Reena Dutta, recently took to Instagram to share a deeply personal note on fear, which garnered a heartwarming reaction from her husband and fitness coach Nupur Shikhare. The couple tied the knot in January this year, and their bond seems to be filled with love and support.
In her Instagram post, Ira opened up about her fears, expressing vulnerability yet also strength in acknowledging them. She wrote, “I’m scared of all the bad things in the world (violence, illness, apathy)… Fear often feels worse than the thing itself. The tangible, we can overcome. The fear is endless and as powerful as our imaginations.”
Continuing her reflection, Ira shared, “I forget that I’m loved by very capable people who will find me if I’m lost… What helps me is to find someone else (or a song, movie, anything) that either physically makes me feel safe or reminds me of the things I’ve forgotten, giving me hope and patience for this fear to pass.”
Nupur Shikhare’s response to Ira’s post was filled with love and reassurance as he wrote, “I am here na Muaaaaahhhhhh,” accompanied by kiss and heart emojis. Ira, in turn, playfully asked him, “Who do you think the last slide was about?”
