Record-Breaking Seizures by Election Commission

The Election Commission (EC) announced a historic milestone with seizures nearing ₹9,000 crore, the highest ever recorded in any election. As of May 18, agencies have confiscated goods worth ₹8,889 crore. Notably, drugs account for a significant 45% of these seizures, amounting to ₹3,958 crore.

Arvind Kejriwal Challenges BJP Amid Election Tensions

In a bold move, Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal declared on May 18 that he, along with other Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) leaders, would visit the BJP headquarters on May 19.
