Tragically, three additional children have succumbed to malnutrition and dehydration at Gaza’s al-Shifa hospital, according to Palestinian officials. This brings the confirmed death toll from starvation to 23. Additionally, the failure of aid parachutes has resulted in the accidental deaths of five individuals, shedding light on the difficulties of delivering much-needed humanitarian aid to Gaza amidst Israeli restrictions.

The toll of the conflict continues to rise, with at least 30,878 Palestinians killed and 72,402 injured in Israeli attacks since October 7. In retaliation, Hamas’s attacks on October 7 have claimed the lives of 1,139 Israelis, with dozens remaining in captivity.
