17.05.2024: New Delhi: Actress Banita Sandhu, known for her Bollywood debut in Shoojit Sircar’s “October,” has joined the cast of Netflix’s hit series “Bridgerton” in its third season, which premiered today. Banita plays the role of Miss Malhotra, adding a fresh dynamic to the beloved series.

Banita expressed her excitement and gratitude on Instagram, sharing several behind-the-scenes photos from the set. She captioned her post, “So grateful to have had the opportunity to immerse myself in the Bridgerton universe, being able to dress up and join the world of @juliaquinnauthor’s incredible characters. Thank you @netflix and @shondaland for a wonderful experience that I will forever cherish. Wish I could keep the costumes though.”
