13.06.2024: In a notable political development, Union Home Minister Amit Shah and Telugu cinema superstar Chiranjeevi have referred to Janasena chief Pawan Kalyan as the “Deputy Chief Minister” of Andhra Pradesh in separate social media posts. This follows Pawan Kalyan’s recent induction as a minister in the cabinet of Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu.
Pawan Kalyan’s swearing-in ceremony marked a significant moment in Andhra Pradesh politics, with high-profile leaders extending their congratulations and best wishes. Amit Shah, in his social media message, said, “Congratulations to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu, Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan ji, and all others who took the oath of office today.
